I am regular customer in monginis baghajatin there is a guy with black & white beard short height this guy is very unprofessional and the behavior is very rude. So please look into this otherwise one day you will loose your all customers.

Worst experience... Ordered pinnata cake .... And they didn't even provided the hammer along with the cake.... Despite several calls placed by us to the company, the customer support service replied in a pathetic and weird manner.... Just bcoz of their behaviour and not providing the hammer I had to order the different cake in the party... They promised for the reimbursement but denied to do so and never replied instead...

Took a chicken sandwich. I don't know when it was delivered to the store. Firstly they said they cannot heat it, and then the taste was immensely poor. The chicken felt like not fresh. Had the worst sandwich here.

I visited the shop today. First of the packaging is really cute. As you can see it resembles a doll house. I asked them to pack the mousse and none of the chocolate and cream got smeared on the boxes, in other words the food was intact. The chocolate tastes really good even when it's not fresh ( It's my fault because I took it around 4:30 and ate it around 7:15). Their behaviour is also really good. Do visit this shop, I believe you won't regret it. 💖💖💖

Good quality of food . They have a lot of options on non veg items. I tried chicken cheeseball and garlic bread, it was really good.This outlet is actually better than the other outlets in Baghajatin area. The quantity is good and prices are reasonable. They have varieties of birthday cake. 🔶️ Home delivery option available 🔶️online payment options available 🔶️Entrance is not wheelchair accessible 🔶️Lot of space inside.
