Buying photography equipment for a long time from here. It's not the price i have chosen this shop, it's the behavior of the people of the shop. Even if u buy a memory card they will give you attention like you are buying a 5 lac camera

4 years back i went there to buy my GoPro hero 8 and yesterday i went there to buy GoPro hero 12 their behaviour is very good with reasonable price actually price is way better then online market, and they helped me sell my hero 8 with reasonable price and I brought hero 12 thanks to MM photography ❤️

I am very impressed. I’ve never been to the MM Photographic Store in Kolkata, and my house and recording studio are 100 Km away. I don’t know any of their people. I was going to buy two Sigma lenses for one lakh on Amazon when I decided to do a search of Kolkata photo stores. MM Photographic had the most Google reviews, so I sent a WhatsApp message to their number asking for a price and Jahangir the excellent employee repeatedly texted with me about my needs. Jahangir was key to me buying from MM Photo, as his customer service was too good. I saved money when I paid the UPI QR they sent me. It’s unusual for me to trust a business I know nothing about with nearly a lakh. The box arrived three days after I placed my order. The box packing was excellent. The invoices were sent to me via WhatsApp and included in the box. The two Sigma lenses were in brand-new sealed boxes. This was an excitingly perfect online purchase from a first-class business I will buy from again. As the owner of a seven-camera audio-video studio, I always look for a good company to do business with. I highly recommend MM Photographic Store in Kolkata. The process, the order, and the customer service are exceptional. Thank you.

One of the oldest camera and accessories store in Kolkata has a good reputation for selling genuine and brand new products. Somwtimes one can also get devices from them which are normally not officially sold in India. So there may be a problem if warranty is to be invoked for those models but normally high end genuine devices don't run into problems often. Barring this the shop is very good and provides satisfactory service. Bargain is discouraged.

Highly over-priced. I asked for an action cam, they didn't had at store but said could arrange for it but were asking me 1000rs extra. Sales- person intention was to mint money, they need to polite and empathetic to the customers. I also enquired for Insta X4 lens they said price for it was 2500rs. Kindly look for other, shops around. Have more options and kindly rush to anything in Metro gali. It filled with looters.
