I had one of the best experiences at the Ather showroom. The sales team was extremely professional, patient, and transparent in explaining every detail about the bike, features, and pricing. The test ride process was smooth, and they made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly. What impressed me even more was the post-sales support and service. The staff followed up after delivery to check if everything was going well, and the service team has been very responsive and efficient whenever I needed assistance. It’s rare to find such a combination of great product and equally great customer care. Highly recommend the showroom for anyone considering an EV — not just for the bikes, but for the outstanding customer-first approach.

Behaviour of staffs were very good. Firstly they didn't explained me about Pro pack but letter on they explained me everything. Overall experience was quite good.
