Terrible after sale service. It’s been over a week since I’m been waiting for the mechanic. Everyday they said mechanic is reaching but didn’t come and today they said that book your own mover and dismantle the machine. We have too many bookings

They do have a good collection of machines but very bad after sale service .Even after seven days of complaints no one turns up to visit and solve the problem.

We purchase so many machine from them . But when machine breakdown or some issue then after sale service is horrible. After so many call and follow up no service man come on time. They don't care about after sale service. Don't buy any machine from them

Very bad service and rude behavior. The guy named Sandip is really horrible. I bought 3 machines from them and then they took the money upfront but didn’t deliver the machine and after 10days got delivery but installation and other services were very bad. When calling to the guy about the machine problem he blocked me. Please be aware before buying from this place.
