No proper staff nor they attend customer properly
The employees are too bad! I came to this bank two times and they Denied to Open My Bank Account.
Newly opend SBI branch. Good skilled employees much better than other branches. Neat and clean branch.
Closure of Account given on 30th November 2024 and when we enquired on 4th December they didnot even touch the Form given them for closure.We know about Your Month end targets but that doesn't mean You will harass a Senior Citizen like this. My Mother has been visiting again and again to enquire about the closure and today we got to know it still not done.
Excellent customer support service by all the bank employees of this branch, being from a different metro city, we never expected a Bank Branch Manager will take his valuable time to explain to us all the different products offered by SBI, which made us decide on an plan which suited us the best. We encourage all the people around this branch to open their account and avail the excellent service and support.
