I went to watch "The Conjuring: Last Ride," and unfortunately, the ticket vendors displayed a lack of professionalism, making inconsiderate and insensitive remarks that felt quite inappropriate. It was disappointing to experience such poor behavior. Additionally, the theater itself requires significant upgrades, particularly regarding the air conditioning, which should function properly given the ticket prices. This level of service is unexpected from a heritage theater, and it’s essential for management to address these issues with their staff. Felt so disrespected never returning again
Attended a early morning show. Worth the penny I would say. Not the best screen but a good movie will keep you entertained for sure. Clean theatres, helpful staff, comfortable seats,Easy entry, easy exit, clean washrooms. That's all you need.
I recently visited this place and watched War 2. This was my second visit, and the overall experience was more or less good. Since there was quite a rush, we managed to get seats in the front section, specifically in the L row. The screen quality was decent; bright & clear. However, the sound felt a bit on the higher side. With continuous action sequences and background music, it could get slightly annoying at times. This issue may not occur if you manage to get seats towards the rear or back rows. The seating arrangement was decent, though I found the leg space comparatively smaller, and the reclining angle of the seats was quite limited. On the positive side, the seats were clean. A few snack options were also available at the counter. One thing worth mentioning is that the ticket pricing here is comparatively lower than other theatres. Additionally, it is conveniently located just a 5–7 minute walk from Chandni Chowk Metro Station, Gate No. 3, and parking facilities are also available.
The ambience is fantastic, with a warm, inviting coastal vibe that instantly sets the mood. The interiors are beautifully done, making the space feel both vibrant and welcoming. When it comes to food, they never miss—I've been visiting from 6 months and the quality has remained consistently excellent. I’m usually not one to opt for Indian food when dining out, but their flavours are absolutely worth it. The service is just as impressive, with a friendly and attentive team. A special mention to Suraj , who was exceptionally responsive and accommodating.
Hind Inox on Ganesh Chandra Avenue is a good place to catch a movie if you’re looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly theatre. The seating is decent, the sound quality is satisfying, and the overall ambience feels clean and well-maintained. It’s not a luxury experience, but it delivers solid value for the ticket price and is convenient for people in the area.
