Very bad experience.The technician who came for my blood collection was untrained & couldn’t take blood, which resulted my hand to get swollen & it kept paining for almost 3days. And I had to go to a different diagnostic for my blood test. Be very careful.
This time our experience was totally different. The lady Ms Rakhi Saha who came for home blood collection has an excellent expertise in collecting blood samples without hurting the patients. I wish her further success in her domain area.
