Since 2014, myself, my Wife and my son is a regular patient of Dr. Ruma Madam. We were facing several types of Diseases, particularly chronic disease for which the treatment we received from Dr. Ruma Madam was fully satisfied on our part. Many semi critical diseases has been cured by Madam through medicine of ours. Now at present time also we are under treatment of Dr. Ruma Madam. Madam you are living legend for us. Wish your healthy and prosperous life by the grace of god.

Worst reception experience, they laugh over the call while someone calls for appointment These people still fail to understand the basic etiquette of reception, another example of poor medical tourism of west bengal..sorry but you guys need attention in managing manpower and reception service. Looks like your investment is not on patient centric focused

Thank god i left parimal banerji in 2014. My case was of congenital heart disease and both aaortic n mitral valve was damaged but this looter never said that at some point surgery may be warranted and he kept me on false hope since 2002 ..things got bad in 2015 as i complaint of palpitation due to mitral valve prolapse but their docs said that u had palpitation because of gas ...thankfully in coming years i read old medical reports of AIIMS NEW DELHI and understood the root cause of valve issue and got surgery done from Cmc vellore. My left ventricle was enlarged greatly which is still an issue of concern for me perhaps i was an idiot as i didnot do through study of my issues and believed in verbal false assurance from doctor parimal himself. Such doctors run their practice on hit n trail basis without any proper procedure and fool general masses. My case no was CA212910 Shovit kumar singh

First time taking a consultation from a Dr Ruma Bhattacharya. The process is very seamless with systematic approach at every step. The staffs here are very polite, the junior drs taking the cases are well polished with patient dealing. Overall great. Nothing to say about the dr, she is great at her work.
