Very unprofessional attitude. Staffs are not aware about exact time to be addressed. During enquiry asked to visit the patient asap and then kept the patient waiting more than hour, providing multiple deadlines... Wish could inform properly can help us to give patient adequate rest.
I think behaviour is very important especially when Dr.Roy's staff are extremely rude and humiliate customers. I asked over call how to view the report online, as in the website there is a section which clearly says "view reports online" . I can even provide a screenshot. Instead of politely responding, the operator indicated that I am dumb and my head is not in the right place as I was looking at something that does not exist. Instead of explaining where I was going wrong , politely, or even considering to check the website since she herself is not aware of her own institution website, she just chose to humiliate me. That's the kind of staff this diagonistic centre encourages. Even on the day I visited the diagonistic, the person who was taking my info for blood test collection from my house, interacted very rudely with me as if I was stating a wrong address of my home.
I've been coming here since the 70s. Always reliable. Highly recommended. 2-Jan-2024 There is a second location of the diagnostic centre. The one on the map, is not the main one. They are very close together. Almost unmissable. But not the same.
The behaviour is very good for patients and the centre is very clean and polity I'm very impressed with this and the work done in a few mins. I recommend you can come here for any reports
The customer service here is extremely poor. I don’t live in Kolkata and had called to arrange for my 80-year-old father’s stool sample to be picked up via Porter/Swiggy. I requested a callback for coordination, but the lady at the reception flatly refused to accommodate any request. This is basic patient care — many of your patients are elderly. Is it really expected that an 80-year-old, unwell patient should personally come and submit a stool sample? There was absolutely no empathy or respect shown. As an established diagnostic centre in Kolkata, where a large section of the population is elderly, a little patience, empathy, and willingness to adjust to genuine patient needs would go a long way.
