This is reinstating that the quality of support provided by this standalone shop is fraudulent and the promises fake. Although lured with golden words, there's a fair chance that your spectacles will never be delivered and your calls not picked up. Further the sales man is excellent with his words but beware of his other personalities cause all of them might call you.

Do not get deceived by the sweet stricken behaviour of the people on the counter. Their mask is revealed once you make any advance payment. Horrific experience. Actually deserves the review rating in negatives. Few positive reviews are posted by themselves to deceive people further like that of Hridayesh Mittal....he himself is the team member...

I really love to buy lenses here. Specially want to mention about Mr. Das biplab who can understand the exact requirement of the customers and help to purchase the correct product. Really a big thumbs up 👍 and lense quality is amazing. Wearing regularly without getting any redness or pain into the eyes. Wish to buy again .highly recommended.

Most fraudulent shop, they took full money 3600 and still I am waiting for the refund. I was promised to get my powerd contact lense on 18th October which I ordered on 13th October. They kept telling me that on 18th I will receive my product on time,I never received, again on Monday never received, again on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday...kept going the days but never received my pre purchased product. I cancelled my order but still I didn't receive any credit note till yet. I am thinking that whether I will receive my 3.6 k hard earned money or not. Please don't purchase anything from genxopto , it's my humble request otherwise you will loose your hard earned money, they will tell you this that with a sweet gesture but please don't fall yourself in this trap. I have the person name and contact details as well but it's my humanity I am not discovering. So disappointed.
