Every month I used to buy a huge amount of medicine from here. On 8th Dec of this month I sent the medicine list as usual and since eight days have passed and they don't reply or pick up my calls. When I was asking this with the counter in New Alipore today 16-12 2024 at 6 pm that why they are not giving any answer or why they did not bring the medicine which is such an important medicine.They stormed to the gate of the shop using loud bang . I am very surprised to see the employee and I am not happy. I will request to owner not to spoil himself by keeping such an employee.

Your staff doesn't respond to any message even after many call the response is medicine is not available or same massage repeat this is available that is not and when i asked them to sent whatever they have thn no response

Pathetic staff...zero sense of responsibility.. Pathetic Behaviour.. please don't buy any cold-chain product from this shop.. they don't even maintain the cold-chain for product like insulin. Complete nonsense.

Stock issues are there so call and ask before u go. good thing is you get 23% off on most meds

Dear Owner, If this message is reaching you and you are reading it, I kindly request you to please pay attention. I regularly buy medicines worth around ₹15,000 every month from your shop from the last 6 month. You may check and confirm this from your records if needed. My complaint is that your staff does not answer phone calls, and even after sending multiple WhatsApp messages, they don’t respond. Also, the way your team handles medicine delivery at the time of staff shifting is quite poor. I often get a call in the afternoon from day staff saying my medicine is ready, but when I visit the store in the evening, after shifting change I’m told it’s not available or it hasn’t arrived yet. I sincerely request you to either change the staff, train them properly, or improve the service — because with this kind of behavior, it’s your business that will suffer in the long run. And for sure I will not visit again because similar things are repeating again & again. Thank you.
