Untrained staffs behaviour very poor as well as service is also poor.

Iess staff, more waiting time... Always crowded, Does not have any auto cash deposit system.

Service is really bad , every time the printing machine is out of service and the staffs don't even bother to buy a new one or tell the manager about that. Manager is also not helpful, never listened to the account holders nor solved their problems.

The bank staff behaviour is not rude or anything, but not very supportive either. They refused to share any phone number or point of contact with me. I have opened a bank account in this branch but didn't get any message or email even after 24 hours. No idea exactly how long it will take? I don't know what's happening. I went to the branch; the staff is saying they have processed it and it will be done soon. But I have no text message or email to verify my account is under process or anything at all. And everytime I have to physically go there to enquire, no calling allowed. Just opening a bank account so tough.
