My father was admitted to Remedy Hospital for about 8 days due to a respiratory & cardiac issue. We had to rush him in around midnight & that was a very anxious time for our family. From the moment of admission, the experience at Remedy Hospital was commendable. The admission formalities, quality of care, room facilities, and overall management were all handled smoothly and with great professionalism. Special thanks & gratitude to the doctor Dr. Anindya Sengupta and other Doctors, who were outstanding. They were calm, approachable, and took the time to patiently answer even our smallest questions without hesitation. They made sure we were informed and reassured about every step of the treatment process. The support staff, Mahuya Datta & her team also deserves high appreciation—they were kind, attentive, and made every effort to ensure my father’s stay was as comfortable as possible. Remedy Hospital truly stands out for its commitment and dedication to patient care. Congratulations to the entire team—keep up the great work! 🙏

I recently admitted my mother to this hospital. The cost of treatment is slightly expensive than other places, but the way they handled the emergency situation is certainly commendable. Employees and staffs are very cooperative and attentive to the patient.Especially Mahua Dutta Madam who was very helpful in all our queries and inconveniences. We are thankful.🙏

Very bad behaviour....biling lable are very high.. hospital women word staf behaviour are very bad... junior doctors can't understand patient situation... report delivery system is very poor

Cheating tricks are very systematic, Dr's couldn't even find the cause of fever in tests done above 1 lacks from their own labs, raising bills keeping the patient is an ART. We have taken out patient before they release,so they didn't even told what medicines to be taken. Unethical service by a reputed hostipal. But must say that the staff members and their services are good. Very pathetic sorry to say that.

Recently my wife has gone through c-section delivery and we are thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by Remedy. Starting from staff behaviour, cleanliness, quality of doctors everything was upto the mark. Special mention to our Gynecologist Dr. Sharmistha Ganguly who was amazing right from our check up days post delivery. One of super cool doctor I have ever seen. She answers all our doubts, she explains things in layman language, she tries to ease the pressure situation. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
