Very casual in their work. They dont even check the medicine before delivered, have a tendency to fool and mislead customer with inproper quantity and substandared generic product. Salesperson are very rude when this kind of their scam is exposed.
They don't respect your time and patience. If you're in queue but they found someone known then you can't do anything but wait and wait.
Staff behavior is very poor, better turn it into cosmetic store. Staffs prefer selling perfumes, body wash, soaps etc to other customers more than medicines even if you are prior in queue. They don’t care.
The cashier was incredibly rude, not only did he not try to look for what was I asking he also refused to even acknowledge the fact I was standing there asking for a specific type of medicine.
The employees are very helpful and courteous. They have a huge stock of different types of medicines. They accept cash,debit cards and phone pe.
