Worst hotel. Firstly, the hotel is connected with a narrow and highly congested road, where you'll have to walk carrying your luggage as vehicles could hardly reach there. Secondly the hotel didn't honor online booking and demanded extra money for providing the already booked rooms. Having agreed to the same due to the pain of looking hotel at the 11th hour, found the rooms in worst condition as many of the amenities such as flush, TV, AC were not working and still they could promise their repair within our stay. Finally compelled to switch to other hotel.

The worst hotel experience had by paying 1700 for a day..Avoid this hotel as much as possible

I BEG you to not book a room here. Especially through OYO. As expected, the rooms are totally different from what you see on OYO. Now, the hotel manager won’t let you click pictures of the room and OYO won’t process your refund unless you submit pictures. There goes your money, all down the drain.

The condition of the rooms, toilets, and corridors was very poor, with a strong unpleasant smell throughout. The bedsheets, curtains, and blankets were old and dirty, and even after informing the staff, they did not change them. The washrooms were unclean, and the flush was not working properly. At night, someone knocked on the door randomly, which was quite disturbing. The TV was also not working. Overall, a very disappointing stay at Hotel Dinar, Chandni Chowk, Kolkata.

Service are very good and fast Staff is so coprative, friendly behaviour they not take any early charge & extra person charge
