We are event makers. This is a nice property. The position of the house is the major help always. Right on the main road - just opposite to new 45 bus stand. But please check the hidden charges ... precisely the right for decoration areas etc etc. Otherwise it is good.
Good for marriage ceremonies, etc, average space spead over G +3 floors. Catering depends on the the hire party's choice. Decoration included in the rent.
Nice Cozy Place . Good to organize small parties and events.
