Lost eldest brother last month and the body had to be preserved for 24+ hours, awaiting cremation by the only child on arrival from abroad. The arrangement at Peace World is good and the entire process of handing over the body and its retrieval was smooth. Not very expensive either. The attendents were also happy with the tip we could afford.

COVID-19 related Death certificate are being issued from this graveyard. Visit this place during week days for death certificate collection. Bring a valid ID proof for relationship establishment. For "Asthi" of the demised person you can contact them. Usually takes 7 days prior notification. Staff are very cooperative and helpful. You will get proper assistance and help. Very calm and quiet place.

It is located at a stop called Peace World or Hindu Cemetery from Park Circus. There are many benefits to catch the S24 bus from Howrah.

This place has a morgue in it that can store as many a 8 bodies at a go. Th4 cost of storing a body is roughly Rs. 1,000 fir 24 hours. The place has 5 people who operate in the morguery and 1 person as administrative staff responsible for paper work. A tip, non of the workers will help, unless anyone had proper paperwork done from the office in here.
