I have seriously loved this place❤️. They have diverse food options and the cakes are just delicious too. Chicken ala Kiev is a must try with the coffee pastry. They have good sitting arrangements for a bakery. This one is better than all those so called popular bakeries of Kolkata (if you know what I mean).

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the pre-ordered birthday cake that I had arranged for August 4th from your bakery for my son's birthday. The cake was meant to be a key highlight of the celebration. To my dismay, when I arrived to collect the cake at the agreed-upon time at your GARIA outlet, I was informed that it had not been prepared. I was ordered 3lb one cake with advance payment. This caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment, leading me to purchase two separate 1 lb. cakes last-minute to ensure the celebration proceeded smoothly. I specifically chose your bakery due to your reputation for quality and reliability, but this experience has greatly shaken my confidence in your services. I expect an explanation for why this oversight occurred. Additionally, I believe a gesture of goodwill is warranted to compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

We purchased veg chocolate mousse which was stale. Tasted like coconut oil. I do not recommend the store for purchasing foods without dates on it. Can cause serious health issues. Moreover during billing someone else's food was added to our bill. Thankfully we noticed after payment and he paid us back Rs. 120/-.

I bought two sandwiches. The sizes have become smaller. I had a chessboard pastry. The cream was too sweet and the sponge part was not soft enough, it was dry and rough. The chicken croissant had nothing except 3, 4 slices of chicken and some lettuce. I think they are selling old pastries. One other customer also complained.

The experience was good. Nice and clean area. Well maintained and hygienic. Food quality is good. Service here is appreciable.
