This store is open for 7 days fro. 11 am to 8 pm. Sales persons are quite helpful and explaning all queries with patience and giving proper details.

A large 2 wheeler showroom beside B.T.Road CIT boys school with many options of vehicles to choose and buy. I purchased my ntorq xp from here through mr. Sourav Ghosh. Very humble and professional stuffs to guide you for your informations and procedures. Servicing are also good, fitted the no. Plate within 10 days. Just dissatisfied about one thing, no delivery ceremony/key handover ceremonies done from their end. Overall a clean good experience.

Please avoid Diamond Motors. Their technicians and senior technicians are highly unprofessional. There is always a shortage of spare parts in their stock, and they take an excessive amount of time to troubleshoot issues. In some cases, vehicles are left unattended. They also raise incorrect or false bills. There are no additional benefits to purchasing an AMC from them, as the charges are the same—or sometimes even higher—than aftermarket spare parts. Overall, the service team is unskilled, inexperienced, and unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst service ever! Diamond TVs Service Center is a complete disappointment. They only care about taking your money — once they get that, the actual work is either delayed, incomplete, or just not done properly. The staff are completely unprofessional and never punctual. I was there at 10:30 AM and the parts counter was still closed. No sense of urgency, no respect for customers’ time. It’s clear they have no interest in providing decent service. Avoid this place if you value your time and money!

Too poor service and behaviour of Staff are too irritating, always arguing in every point.. I am ready to pay for whatever there charges but they don't know how to treat a customer.. So Bad behaving and always give you some kind of special gyan. Diamond motors himself given review as customer and reply himself as "thanks giving". Its seems what kind of gyan they have...
