Overall experience is good. But the report delivery part should be improved and shared automatically through SMS, Website, WhatsApp or email. I am pinging to get the report over WhatsApp but no response may be due to the out of working hours.

I recently visited Foresight Diagnostics for some tests and was impressed by their quick turnaround. I received my reports within just one day, which I truly appreciated. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. Although I had already paid 50% in the morning, when I went back in the evening to collect my report, the staff treated me rudely, insisting that I pay the rest before even seeing my report. This behavior felt unprofessional and made it seem like they doubted I would complete the payment, which was off-putting. I hope they work on their customer service, as good service would complement their fast reporting.

At first glance, Foresight Diagnostics Garia looks impressive with its chrome-and-glass interiors, but unfortunately the experience behind the façade is extremely disappointing. Customer service is poor and largely clueless about their own processes. The reception staff are unhelpful and often treat patients dismissively rather than with basic courtesy and empathy. There is no proper parking, very limited disability access, and the lift is tiny and extremely uncomfortable, especially for elderly or unwell patients. A group of lower-level staff are frequently seen loitering near the stairwell, chatting loudly and behaving unprofessionally, which adds to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. Doctors here are extremely expensive and tend to prescribe a long list of tests, many of which feel unnecessary. Patients are pressured to get these tests done immediately at the same facility, where prices are significantly higher than elsewhere. Even more concerning, test results have not matched reports from other reputed labs, raising serious doubts about about reliability. Overall, this place feels more focused on extracting money than on patient care. I would strongly advise people to avoid this centre and consider alternatives. In my experience, Welkin Diagnostics may be less flashy, but they are far more genuine and patient-focused.
