My experience with Lazeez Biryani has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for chicken biryani, but to my shock, I received egg biryani instead. When I reached out to address the mix-up, their response was astonishingly rude. Not only did they refuse to refund the amount, but they also suggested I contact Swiggy for a resolution, even though Swiggy didn't provide any refund either. Hoping that the first incident was just an unfortunate mistake, I decided to give Lazeez Biryani another chance after a few weeks. However, my optimism was quickly shattered when I received my order of two chicken biryanis. Not only were they burnt to a crisp, but the taste was far from anything that remotely resembled a decent biryani. The audacity of Lazeez Biryani to repeatedly provide subpar food and then treat customers with blatant disrespect is beyond comprehension. Their complete lack of accountability and customer care is appalling. The fact that they not only failed to correct their mistakes but also had the audacity to serve burnt and inedible food is a reflection of their utter disregard for quality. I strongly caution anyone against even considering Lazeez Biryani as an option. The abysmal food quality, coupled with their discourteous behavior, makes them an establishment to avoid at all costs. It's clear that Lazeez Biryani cares more about profits than providing a satisfactory dining experience, and I sincerely hope others avoid falling victim to their deplorable service.

Looking for some Kolkata style mutton biryani? Lazeez is the solution. I just tried out their mutton biryani with egg and it tastes amaaaaazing ! The biryani is Kolkata style. Aloo is given. The rice is perfectly cooked and has that aroma and taste, which is often missing in most of the regular biryani stores. I have tried biryani from many restaurants, and this one definitely deserves a mention! The mutton is also cooked properly. It was so soft. Any kid or elderly can also eat it. Recommending this place for sure !

Biriyani is not food it's an emotion .. a winter Sunday night suddenly had a craving for biriyani so just open the application and first saw the lazeez biriyani so without thinking just place the order .. I wanted to order mutton Biryani but that time mutton is not available .. so took chicken biriyani with egg and firni .. my dinner is sorted .. quality and quantity of the food is really finger licking.. chicken piece is also good .. perfectly balance the tastebud and ended with super smooth sweet desert 👍❤️

A colleague treated me with chicken biryani from Lazeez and the taste was quite good.The quantity was more than enough, accompanied with a potato and egg and a leg piece was enough for lunch. Regarding the taste won’t say it was mind blowing or awesome but was fair enough. Not too much oily , mixture of white and yellow rice. Rice quality and quantity both was sufficient for an individual .

I ordered Motton biryani and it's comes with in hulf n hour and it's hot olso. Motton biryani : I am surprised with the quantity in this price. The fragrance is very well balanced with the delicious taste of the biryani. Poteto is also well cooked and big size but the Motton piece that I get is full of bone.
