Loved the experience of the bhang and the staffs over there was very friendly especially a female employee.

Located right at the junction near BK paul avenue crossing, behind the traffic kiosk - its easy to pass by and miss this place. However if you decide to stop and have a sip , you will taste some real delicacies. Their specialty although is the Bhang Sandesh ( a preparation made from leaves of Cannabis) which is available from ₹30-40 a piece. The virgin Thandai ( thandai without the bhang) is awesome and costs ₹100 a glass.

I came all the way from Chennai to Kolkata just to have this kesar-pista thandai.! And naturally , a lovely Holi followed with lots of colour, sweets and more thandai of all tyoes for the next two days. Back home now, fully refreshed and rejuvenated. A BIG THANKS TO THE CITY OF JOY.

No seating arrangement, counter-come-shop. They have take-away options. This shop is renowned for its Bhang preparations. The prices are a bit upwards, but they use quality ingredients.

idk if i should rate it 5 star as per the effects of the bhaang thandai that lasted for more than 6 hours OR 1 star based on the experience of the effect cuz it was really bad, i almost felt like i was going insane like mental (tried bhaang thandai for the first time, and possibly the last). we had medium btw, price was 150. (light is 130, hard is 180)
