DTDC Office at Jadavpur 8b inside market really do not care for their customer importance. They commit to do the work but do not it. They will give hell lot of stories why not done. They don't feel sorry or don't even feel ashamed that because of their not doing culture customer are suffering. The man n the lady both are very irresponsible who are placed at this office. If you can't do the job kindly do not promise customer . Have the cutesy to call and inform customer if things are not happening accordingly. After taking advance you guys are so careless to revert back of the work is not getting done. You guys are losing business n customer. It was a very pathetic experience. Management look into it before its becomes a bottle neck for you.

I have booked an urgent courier for medical purposes which needed to be reached to Mumbai within 24 hours. Though, at first the owner didn't want to take the risk, later, on our request, he understood the gravity of the situation & took the risk and extended his extreme support towards us and assured delivery in time. Thanks DTDC Jadavpur, for helping us. We will be grateful to you. They helped us in packing too. Also, provides home collection for the normal courier & urgent couriers. I myself took their service at Home. Recommended!

Worst Service! They charged ridiculously higher than what is stated in the website. Also they refused to take online payment and asked me to pay by cash saying they have some issue with the online payment. I found out later when I checked the website. Not trustable.

I had a great experience with this DTDC, they picked up the goods and helped me weighing and packing. The package got delivered within the time frame promised and in a very good condition. Thank you!
