I have spent countless memorable moments at this station and its surroundings, enjoying the company of friends in a delightful and respectful manner. After a long day of classes and studying, my friends and I would often find solace and relaxation in the serene ambiance of Kalyani Ghosh Para railway station. It provided us with a break from the academic rigors, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company. The station, with its old-world charm and bustling atmosphere, became a common meeting point for our group. We would often gather on the platform, sitting on the benches or finding a cozy spot . The surrounding area, with its verdant trees and beautiful flowers, created a peaceful and tranquil environment. Conversations flowed freely as we shared stories, dreams, and laughter. The station's architecture and vintage charm added a touch of nostalgia to our gatherings. We would often visit the quaint tea stalls and small eateries around the station, where we indulged in conversations over a cup of tea .These simple pleasures created bonds of friendship and camaraderie that have lasted beyond our university days. It is worth mentioning that during our hangouts, we always ensured to respect the station and its surroundings. We would clean up after ourselves, dispose of any waste properly, and maintain a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. We understood the importance of preserving the beauty of the place and showing consideration for fellow passengers and visitors. Kalyani Ghoshpara railway station is a Kolkata Suburban Railway station on the Kalyani Simanta Branch line of Sealdah railway division. It is situated at Shilpanchal Road, Kalyani in Nadia district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It serves Ghoshpara, Kalyani University, ITI College and B Block area of the city. Tourism Kali Temple, Kalyani: A famous temple dedicated to the Hindu goddess Kali. Jora Bangla Masjid: A historic mosque known for its architectural beauty. Kalyani Ghoshpara acts as a crucial station for the students and faculties of KU,SAKLI and ITI,Kalyani. Also,it is located in the close vicinity of the very popular ITI More puja. The station has been recently upgraded,revamped and beautified.

Being a resident of Kalyani since 2018 as a student, Kalyani ghoshpara station is very much close to my heart. It is not just a railway station for us it was just like our recreation club. All the students of Kalyani have shared their happiness and loneliness with this place

I visited Kalyani Ghoshpara Train Station in West Bengal during Durga Pujo 2025, and it was quite an experience. The moment the train arrived, there was an unbelievable rush of people getting down to visit the nearby pandals, especially the one at Kalyani ITI, which is quite popular. The crowd was massive, and it was honestly a bit chaotic since there were very few police personnel on the platform to manage or control the flow of people. Despite the crowd, the festive energy was infectious—everywhere you could feel the excitement, colors, and devotion that make Durga Pujo so special in Bengal. It was my first time witnessing Durga Pujo in West Bengal, and I was truly amazed by the scale of the celebration and the warmth of the people. While the station could use better crowd management during the festival, the overall experience was unforgettable and worth it.
