Horrible experience here at the branch.The staffs are very casual and no punctuality at all. Almost 100 of people waiting since 9:30 in the morning but although the bank opening time was at 10 am they made us wait for long.Nobody body was present at the counter to give us coupon till 10:30.

Slow service but work gets done.

Most 3rd class branch i have ever seen in my life. Not a single work they can do without harassing you or troubling you. I am facing problems related to my account, my husband's account, my in-laws account. My friends are also complaining the same. Just wanted to shift my account but in that also i had to visit them for 3 rd time, and still my request is pending.

I and members of my family have been customers of SBI at this branch for the last more than twenty five years. The services of this branch have fast deteriorated over the last couple of years, especially since 2016. Though the customer base has grown by more than at leat ten times in the last two decades, the total staff strength has almost halved. Presently the total number of employees together with the branch manager and including at least two contract workers, is no more than ten at this branch office. The services, long queues and the high handedness and arrogant behavior of certain employees here are becoming increasingly intolerable. To get a petty problem resolved or a small job done, it may take hours or even days including lengthy paperwork and at times putting up with the rudeness of employees. Nobody seems to care!

Very pathetic bank service. Worst bank I have ever seen. Very very slow working. Worst ever.
