Most worst shop in hatibagan, behaviour very bad, I purchased some airtight containers seal pack, so not possible to check in shop. After returning home then I checked & found liquage in one container. I called them next morning but they deny to replace the container & talk to rudely. Don't bye from this shop.

Very bad. Worst shop. I went to purchase kitchen chimney and they pushed me for Clix. However, I wanted other brands. Straightway they said that no guarantee for others and life long guarantee for Clix. I also relied them. But afterwards they denied everything and behaved very rudely. No service person is coming unless money is offered and that too after atleast 5/6 calls. I suggest to avoid this shop.

Very bad behaviour of the owner.. bought a prestige kadai just before 2 days, holder of the lid got broken by itself... Asked the shopkeeper to replace it as it was under 1 year warranty... They did not replace it. N when I called customer care, they said every part of the kadai is under warranty. Now I have to take it to the service centre as assisted by customer care. I would never recommend anybody to go this store.

Terrible experience visiting the store yesterday. Not recommended visiting. There is a layer of dust on top of almost all displayed products. The product options are highly limited. The prices are on the higher side. The store is highly crammed with no walking space. The staff there are precisely rude, lack basic manners and often refusing to show products. I will not recommended visiting this store. It's simply not worth it.
