Worst after service facility,they will not provide any after service facility though you are within warranty period.Labourers are unskilled.Too costly, one should visit Kutchina's authorised showroom instead to get cheaper rate instead of paying middleman charges to them.Would have given 0 rating if options permitted.

Extremely unprofessional store. We bought a Kutchina Marica Eco hobtop on Jan 2022 and just a year it's not working. The store representative Moumita Bhowmick is now insisting us that we buy a new one as spare parts production of the above product is uncertain.Please refrain from buying any product from this store as they will cheat you and you will loose your hard earned money on buying such products! Extremely unprofessional.

While I am extremely satisfied with the Sales team as they ensured the best possible co-ordination among the installation team for timely delivery and making my two equipments usable as per commitment, however the impression changed as soon as the service team entered for the 1st service under guarantee. The way of communication is like.."take it or leave it". Unfortunately, I have also entered into a fully paid AMC contract which is for beyond the guarantee period. With all agony, I travelled down personally to the showroom to complain which was though pleasantly heard with an assurance that they will call back to give me a feedback, however to my utter surprise neither they called, nor they attended my phone calls to which I tried multiple times. It is a clear indication of willful act. With all of the above I am extremely disappointed with "Spark Innovations".
