One has to call repeatedly to know the status of an order, yet some incompetent staff member will keep repeating that they don't know and will tell to call later. They are supposed to be 'online' but actually they are just the opposite. Even payment system has only one mode - cash. Not even any digital wallet system is there, let alone POS machine. They'll smartly tell you to go to ATM. The main thing, the service, it's poor. Highly overpriced service. A simple blouse will cost ~800 here, with no special addition to it. Avoid.

Amazing staff with very polite and supportive behaviour. Got my blouse stitched with perfect fittings in one day as it was needed urgently. Special thanks to Rekha for such warm and supportive behaviour.
