The collection is not so good. I purchased wardrobe handles but majority of them were defective and I have to change them incurring additional transport cost.

It's not an authorised dealer. I purchased Hettich fittings from them on 04-Jul-20 choosing around 4.5k. They said that they will send me the invoice on Monday (06-Jul-20) through email and hence I paid and bought the fittings. Today they started misbehaving on asking for the Invoice and hence I called Hettich customer care to raise issue against this seller. I came to know that they are not authorised dealer and hence company has no control. Now I'm ending up with zero warranty on the products purchased (note that Hettich provides lifetime warranty). Also, I learnt that Hettich fitting is recommended to be bought from Topsia Experience Centre. Please insist for invoice on purchase or don't purchase. Cost at Topsia center is same as these thrives but you get warranty. Beware from these thieves. In case you don't want the premium quality, these guys may be good but beware of you are going to purchase premium material. After writing this review, I've got a bill but not exactly what I had purchased but the total amount paid as matching. God forbid, in case I've to claim warranty, I don't know how much I can really. Please note that I'm an authenticate buyer and defaming any shop won't give me any advantage. Warranty is claimed on what is purchased on paper and not how much paid. Google review helps buyers to have an insight of the shop before purchasing and I've just written this review as a responsible netizen. My point of view is still to avoid this shop for high end materials. I raised a GST evasion complaint with competent authority today against them. I got a call back from them and got a proper invoice. Hence revising the rating. They will help you to choose the right hardware when you visit their shop. Hence if you get a proper bill, you can visit this shop. But without that you'll running into warranty issues. Right now, I've overall satisfactory experience.
