Literally worst. I'm not even lying you know. Staffs are too arrogant. Don't care about the customer's concerns. Didn't even return our money, after a transaction failure. The cloth material? astonishingly poor. And, most importantly , very very poor cloth material. Like seriously? A plain cotton kurta set for kids for 500 rupees? The cloth started tearing away just after a light wash and very high prices for everything. Don't care about customer's satisfaction at all. Disappointed.

Shivam is one of the best trusted shop at Rashbehari Avenue in south Kolkata. The behaviour of all the staff is very polite. They have huge stocks in newborn ,women and men categories . Very good experience after visiting the shop and free delivery at home option is also there.

Well stocked with a wide range of products, affordable and fair price, conveniently located right in the heart of the city's shopping area, courteous and helpful staff wonderful customer service. Will definitely shop here again and strongly recommend it to others.

Medium but choicest, classy collection of casual wear for both kids and adults. Especially like their products for their comfort. Word of advice: be very sure about what you want buy, since the staff are excellent salesmen, and tempt you heavily. Another thing, items are not overpriced, but not cheap either. Prices are reasonable compared to the products, but if you are looking for a budget option, better look elsewhere. Parking: They can provide an hour of free parking on the street if you are able to find a parking spot close to the shop. Otherwise paid parking available on street, but better avoid rush hour.
