Be careful while handing over your car key to these folks. I gave my Swift for tyres replacement. After 3 hrs got a call that the car is ready, come and make the payment. I went to them, checked the tyres from outside, felt ok and made the payment. The real problem started when I asked for the car keys. They lost the keys, they were not even bothered to attend my problem and busy talking to new customers. They suggested go home and get your duplicate key to take the car. We will call you when we find they key. I raised my voice that I will not move from there until they find my key. With the fear of me making some drama there, the owner rushed to me and assured to pay for the key if they couldn't find the key in next 2 days. Somehow I got convinced and left. After that I visited the shop again at least 20 times. Till date the key is not found. When I asked about the promise they made, they suggested to go to roadside lock smith to get the duplicate key done. I asked it will be a security problem. In future anyone who finds my car can steal it. All in all, nothing was done. I had to spend more than 8000 rupees to get a Maruti company key and also a new central locking remote. Be careful guys. What hurts more is they didn't really care about their mistake and somehow felt arrogant that I can't do anything. But I can at least share my experience to all of you. Worst service, worst customer care by Banjara tyres.

I visited this place 3hrice in the last 4-5 years not because of their good service but because this is near to my place. Although I visited this place 3 times, but was not satisfied by their overall work. I am not having very technical knowledge about the cars so I judged them based on their professionalism and approach with which they did the job for my car. Their approach in handling the job is just casual and bit careless. Can't say much about their technical work skills, as I never compared with other service center, however I will try one other place this time.

Third class service, inexperienced staff, over priced. Done waste your hard earned money.
