The staff are scammers cheating the customers. I asked to fill petrol for 3500 and at first they only did 500 and said that he heard incorrectly and said that he reset it to 0 and filled 3000₹ worth petrol and charged me 3500 rs. He actually did not reset it to 0. And when I threatened to complain he admitted that he cheated and paid back 500 rs to me. There are also a lot of similar complaints on Google reviews since many years. I paid via credit card which means the extra money is not going to the staff pocket. The outlet management is behind this scam.

They are cheating..., I asked to fill 720, but filled only 220 and said heard only 220 and did not reset, I thought I was wrong but checked my fuel levels and I know how many levels will be 720 but as I don't have much time to argue at that time, later I want to review it, Wanted to see whether anyone facing this issue, Seems every comment is same. I don't know why govt is not taking action. They will try to divert by asking whether you have hdfc card..., Better just avoid this fuel station.

Scammers!!! Will argue and are rude. The digital meter is entirely a scam. I asked to put 230 rupees and a litre costs 114.85 and that should give me a very little above 2 litres but metre provides only 2 litres and they ask you to pay 230 rupees. If 2 litres cost 229.70 rupees and they are looting 30 paise . If they are getting thousands of customers everyday i wonder how much scamming everyday. This is only one instance of scam and i see people saying many types of scams here. After confronting with employee and even the owner/ manager is rude even though there are people witnessing in the daylight. Why indian oil is allowing such dealer to still run outlet?

And when I said he didn’t reset then he was silent. If I would have not seen him not resetting to zero then he would have charged me 2000. I paid via credit card which means the extra money is not going to the staff pocket. The outlet management is behind this scam. There are lots of similar reviews in Google. Indian Oil should take action on this outlet.
