"When I went downstairs to give my blood sample for testing, I noticed that the staff inside the laboratory, where the samples are processed, were openly eating food. Such practices can easily lead to cross-contamination, which poses a serious health risk. In a place where critical tests are conducted, such negligence is highly inappropriate and unsafe. When I raised the issue, the staff immediately stopped and acknowledged it without making excuses, which I appreciate. However, I am rating them 3 stars because this may not have been the first time, and it remains a concerning issue."
