Very bed service in Mehsana Gujarat. staff is uneducated.delivery boy is giving excuses that Phone number was not mentioned. Go and collect at from office and when I reached there they had lost my parcel and the delivery boy was not receiving my call......

CAN NOT SHARE ANY DETAILS WITH THE CUSTOMER EVEN IF THE COURIER IS DELAYED AND IN ADDITION THEY DO NOT HAVE INTERNAL CONTACTS WITH THEIR OWN BRANCHES.. VERY POOR SERVICE SHOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE.

I had come here to send my parcel, but the staff did not dispatch it at all. They kept the parcel lying in the office and did not even inform me about it. They work very carelessly and waste the customers’ time and trust. I am completely dissatisfied with such service. Please improve your service and ensure that customers’ parcels are dispatched on time.
