Seem to be very nice, helpful and courteous persons, due to which i have prepaid for a product not presently in stock. I hope to be proven correct in my assessment. Yes, very correct.. a very courteous and ethical owner.

Very rude behaviour. Highly unprofessional. And seems to be unreliable. Although you may have many products, but it doesn't make any sense as you do not have the manners to speak to the customers. Waste of time. I am lucky that I did not purchase anything from you.

A very bad experience from Ramesh Electronics, Had purchased 2 Scrolling Led Board from them @Rs.3600 per board & told them to Courier @ Goa.First of all they delayed to send courier by 4 days & when they sent it was damaged Piece. I had to bear the transport for both the sides. When asked for Refund of money for transport Mr Viraj refuse to pay it saying that its my fault so i should bear the charges. When i told him when its not my fault why should i bear the tranport charges. Even though their employee confirmed that its their mistake. Friends Pls be Aware of this person Mr Viraj who is blaming others for his mistake & does not give the transport charges.Pls be Careful before Buying Products from him.

Very unpredictable, they are not bothered if you receive the goods on time or No. They behave like Government office staff. Very Poor Quality Service. Viraj, my orders are normally in bulk, you have taken payments from me in the past also, but when there are times when there is a Shortage. Also during last Bulk order your Staff was very negligent . Nidhi never dispatched the goods on time. I order from Goa, blindly with faith. But if your staff responds so lethargically then you will lose clients and the reputation your company has built. Please introspect.

he is a fraud who charged us 2200 for replacing the board of the microwave and gave us one year guarantee. within 3 months the machine stopped working. when we sent it back he claimed that now there was a switch issue and he will need additional money. his one year guarantee was not honoured and since it is technical issue there is no argument possible as we are not aware of technical things. but he is a dishonest man so cannot believe anything he says
