Very experienced Doctor & Staff Definately recommend for medical investigations

Very bad experience,lab charges more as compared to NABL lab ,

The lady who picks up the call isn’t helpful, doesn’t give information if it’s a path lab or a diagnosis center. I tried to book an appointment and gave up.

Gave sample on Sunday morning,was told report will be sent on WhatsApp by noon and next morning hard copy can be collected from clinic,,report didn't came on WhatsApp and next day at 5 pm hard copy was not given,,saying 6.30 ko milega,my son came back,,,I called clinic got reply 80 rs lagega delivery of repot,,,such a pathetic service,,,if you go for test please keep it in mind or choose another better service,,,in same charge people come to your home to collect samples..

This lab is located in a prime spot near the Versova metro, right by Starbucks. Unfortunately, the AC in the reception area isn’t working, so they’ve kept the door open, letting in dust and making the place uncomfortably hot. Given that they likely earn around 25-50K daily, it seems like they could easily fix the AC for a modest 2K. The current setup feels quite unhygienic.
