I delivered my baby in April through C-section and had taken a private room, expecting better care and comfort. But my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was full of mosquitoes, which is very unsafe for a newborn as well as for a C-section patient like me. I repeatedly requested the nurses to provide something like mosquito repellent, Good Knight, or any other solution, but they did not take my concern seriously. Their attitude was careless, and they behaved as if they did not even understand what I was saying. It was very upsetting and stressful for me as a new mother. Instead of feeling safe and cared for, I felt neglected in such an important time of my life. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone who wants proper care for themselves or their newborn.

Extremely money minded people. My wife was severe pain but all these guys were worried about making the file and payments. We were ready for that also but receptionist took forever to complete formalities. All they are worried about is there money, patient is last on their list

I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this hospital. The service is absolutely pathetic, unprofessional, and negligent. They failed completely in providing proper treatment, and the patient showed no recovery under their care. This hospital lacks basic standards of healthcare and compassion. One of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. Do not go to this hospital under any circumstances.

It is extremely disturbing that in an emergency situation, the patient was left unattended and told to wait for two hours. Doctors were unavailable, and the hospital failed to follow the schedule they themselves communicated. In emergencies, every minute is crucial. Admitting a patient and then delaying urgent medical care is highly irresponsible and puts the patient’s life in danger. This level of negligence is unacceptable.

Doctors were unavailable, and the timelines communicated by the staff were not followed. In emergencies, every minute matters. If a hospital is not equipped to handle critical cases promptly, they should not admit patients in the first place. Admitting someone and then delaying urgent medical attention puts the patient’s life at serious risk. This level of negligence is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
