I had been struggling with severe back pain for a long time, and visiting Dr. Ozair Saeed khan was the best decision I made. He listened carefully, explained the problem in simple terms, and suggested the right treatment. Within a short time, I started feeling much better. His caring nature, patience, and professionalism really made me comfortable. I am very thankful to him for helping me recover and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic specialist.

I had a very disappointing experience at ZRS Hospital. The biggest concern is the overcharging of medicines and medical facilities. The same medicines available outside at much lower prices were billed at extremely high rates inside the hospital. Even for basic medical services, the charges were unnecessarily inflated without proper explanation. Patients and their families already go through a lot of stress during treatment, and instead of providing relief, the hospital seems more focused on profits than patient care. Transparency in billing and fair pricing are essential in healthcare, but unfortunately, that was missing here. I sincerely hope the management looks into this matter seriously and makes the pricing more reasonable and transparent. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious and double-check their bills before making payments.

Pathetic service by th staff. They just focus on depositing cash everytime and no proper co operation of the nurse during night time. Staffs are very rude and threaten to discharge the patient overnight. Only 3 unskilled nurses and 1 unskilled doctor with no proper dressing and uniform. ICU doctor seems like he is a chai wala in a slipper. Would NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone in future
