Very disappointing and frustrating experience at Domino’s Thakur Village, Kandivali (East), Mumbai. The outlet was unhygienic, the seating arrangement was poor, and the tables were not cleaned even after repeatedly requesting the staff (2–3 times). When someone finally came to clean, he did not sanitize or wash his hands before handling food, which is completely unacceptable for a food outlet. There was also water spilled on the floor, as seen in the attached images, making it unsafe and unpleasant for customers. To make things worse, the outlet manager and one of the employees were shouting and arguing loudly in front of customers, creating an extremely unprofessional atmosphere. Due to this mismanagement and lack of hygiene, I had to leave the outlet without eating. Overall, a very bad experience — not what you would expect from a reputed brand like Domino’s. Hoping Domino’s takes strict action and improves hygiene and management at this outlet.

Store is not clean . employee have no manner to talk when we i enter the store allready water was fallen on floor.30 we stay there no employee have come to clean the floor. Please take action

It's my 1st order and issues about order. Late dilivery, cold products and still not applicable garranty period. But why product not like pizza its just like a tawa roti it's too hard to bite.. order date 10/11/2023 time 11:56pm outlate Kandivali east thakur Village. Product diliver me still 12:53am 11/11/2033 exactly 1 hours complete for diliver the product.... And my location from outlate it's less than 5 min distance.. my money is waste and time also. Thank you Domino's.

Received very bad quality food from Dominos. When raised complaint they had nothing to say no sorry no compensation no refund just nothing. On top of it the person some Tanvir has the guts to Blame me saying that the pics shared were not valid and picked from the Internet even when the picture states the time n date when I clicked the photo ..highly pathetic and useless service and quality

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza, and it was honestly such a satisfying experience. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with a perfectly baked crust and generous toppings. Every bite was cheesy and full of flavor — just the way you expect from Domino’s. The delivery was on time, and the staff was polite and professional. Even when I’ve visited the outlet before, the place has always been clean and well-managed. Overall, it’s my go-to spot whenever I’m craving pizza. Whether it’s a quick dinner or a small get-together with friends, Domino’s in Kandivali never disappoints.
