Stale food. Faced food poisoning twice. Probably old food mixed with new one. Avoid them at every cost. Very poor service.
After repeating order 3 times on call they deliver wrong food items and also not accepting it. I often order from cafe sultan but after ignoring the delivery time after several time this is the worst thing to do they deliver food items more than 1 hour within 1 km area and food quality is also not good very disappointed
"Hey foodies! Just had a pretty meh experience at Cafe Sultan. Ordered Triple Chicken Shewan Fried Rice, but guess what? No chicken! 🤔 Then, they serve it with a gravy that has chicken in it 🤯, and it's loaded with maida (refined flour) 😒. Tiny chicken pieces everywhere? No thanks! 😒 Super disappointing when you order something and get something else entirely 😐. Wouldn't recommend" very bad service
The dum biryani was delicious, but it needs to be a little spicier...rest the taste is excellent...
ordered today ,Biryani was extremely good but required little bit more spicy next time.
