What an absolute waste of time and money! The shoes I gave versus the shoes I received are incomparable—utterly disappointing. The experience was horrible, and when I confronted them, their response was shockingly unprofessional. All they had to say was, “Change the lace and wear it.” Seriously? Accepting the shoes in the first place and then ruining them, only to respond with, “Chota shop hai sir, kya karenge ab, white daldo,” is beyond unacceptable. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is infuriating. I have no words.
