Very good service. I have always had good experience with their service but this time Had some issue with My parcel not being able to reach the destination but they resolved it in no time. Their Customer service is Highly appreciated and commendable. They were very humble, polite, professional, and empathetic in addressing my concern. Thank you so much for all the help.
Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service. Blue Dart has been trying to deliver a credit card for me for over a month now. The card was sent back to the bank once, and now on the second attempt, their delivery partners are refusing to enter my society, claiming it is "restricted." This is a private property and there are no restrictions on courier entry. They also do not have the basic courtesy to call and confirm before marking the delivery as failed. It's baffling and incredibly frustrating that they can't manage a simple delivery and provide no clear reason for the failure.
