We gave this courier service two chances, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. The first time, we sent a simple book to Pune for an elderly family member. The Pune branch said they didn’t have delivery staff and asked my 72-year-old uncle to personally come and pick it up from their Dhayari office — completely defeating the purpose of a courier service. Still, we decided to give them another chance and sent a Diwali Faral parcel on October 18th, which they promised would reach by the 20th. Today is the 28th, and there’s still no sign of the parcel. There’s no online tracking, and whenever you call, the staff either don’t know anything or give vague answers. If the Mulund office had honestly communicated that delivery wasn’t possible on time, we would have never handed over the parcel. Now, we don’t even know where it is — maybe it’s lying somewhere getting spoiled. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this courier service and choose a more reliable one instead.

Had a smooth experience here. The office is easy to locate and access, and the service was quick. Krishna was very polite and helpful, and handled everything professionally. Overall, a very satisfactory experience. 👍
