Very poor service experience. I raised a complaint two days ago, but there has been no resolution so far. My Wi-Fi CCTV camera does not connect to their Wi-Fi network, while the same camera works perfectly on another service provider’s Wi-Fi. This clearly shows the issue is with their network. I have complained multiple times, but no technician has visited my location till now. Customer support keeps giving assurances, but there is no actual action taken. This delay is unacceptable, especially when the issue affects home security. Username: shahrukh19 Extremely disappointed with the service and response time.

The issue was resolved yesterday, I had made full payment as per the bill issued to me by your salesman Mr. Chetan. I also shared the screenshot of the payment. Your people confirmed that the receipt of ₹ 1500/- was not uploaded because of their mistake there was this issue but after satisfying the Internet connection was restored. I had a talk with one Ms. Jyoti in your office. I fail to understand why the Internet is again disconnected. I am trying to contact Mr. Sushant, your representative who used to visit me for collection of cheques etc. but since yesterday he is not taking my phone. I am a very old customer of Rajesh but this time I am really frustrated with your approach. No one to talk to, no person is answering….very much disappointed.

Very disappointing experience with Rajesh Net. I have been facing continuous internet issues for the last 3 days. Despite calling their team 20–25 times, not a single executive bothered to call back or properly assist. We are paying our hard-earned money for the service, but instead we receive frustration, stress, and zero support. There is no accountability and no proper customer service response. I had to request complete closure and refund because the service is completely unreliable. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible service.

I have been using this Wi-Fi service for some time now, and my experience has been very good. The internet speed is fast and stable, with no buffering issues. Video streaming, online work, and gaming run smoothly. The network connection is reliable and does not disconnect frequently. Customer support is also helpful and responds quickly whenever there is an issue. Overall, this Wi-Fi service is reliable and offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

I have been using their cable tv and internet for many years now. For last 6-8 months I faced issue with picture quality on certain channels. I would register the complaint on their Tollfree. By the time their technician would visit the problem would disappear. Then they said you change your internal wiring because signal strength is very good till entrance. I argued saying why bad quality happen only occasionally? I asked them to check their wire network outside. Yesterday one technician took it seriously and found the fault. He found some cable had open wire. He cut the wire and joined it correctly. Now the signal strength is 100% and picture quality is excellent. Sharing few photos of problem before it was solved.
