Poor counstruction quality I have been facing leakage issue last 5 year. Builder is not doing proper water proofing.
Pre-sales service is very bad. I sent email and call them for enquiry but no one response to my communication. Wonder the builders are keen in selling or to many enquiry already received they don't want to entertain people on phone and email
Their office staff is not helpful. Customer has to ask for every document. Only they called repeatedly for payment.
recently i had bad experience with Namrata group. i was interested in Eco city project ( Mazha ghar) located in talegaon dabhade. i was coordinating with Mr. gunwant Jadhav regarding this project, and almost done everything and i inform to Mr. Jadhav we are coming for a flat booking. on that day suddenly he increased the flat value and I asked him why all changes were done suddenly he said management has decided. so pls before going for a booking or any deal with the Namrata group please be assured.
Most of the things are fake and . Sample flat vs actual flat are too much difference. No quality no Similarity
