Pathetic customer service, the owner has got so much attitude that its been carried by their workers as well. I went for exchange for my dress, i agree i delayed it by few 3-4 months however the attitude the owner showed was really insulting.

I went with my family to purchase some fits for mumma’s birthday. The staff members were extremely rude. It’s a person’s choice to check other shop for more options, I was just wandering outside w my 9 months niece and one of them arrogantly asked me to ahop checking out other places. I mean what nuisance? Cant a person walk outside on her own will. If they had options to give stars in negative i would have given that. Grow up guys, this aint a way to treat consumers. We pay in return to get services. Not the other way around.

If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would, they don’t even deserve one. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will never, ever recommend shopping here. I honestly hope this shop faces serious consequences for treating customers as if they don’t deserve to be there.

0 star Rude staff forced to buy treats customer like as if we are less in some way to afford Shopping mall main jayada issat hai no one talks behind the back , they will force saying hum fitting kar denge le lo mast hai, and sab gadbad karke rakhte hai Yeh saare kajri store wale log khali baithe rahenge with so rude behavior They give anxiety if you do not buy My advice say on their face I will see 10 more shops and decide whether to buy or not and don't fear what they will reply just say it And if you ask discount they will say agar paisa nahi hai toh itna mehenga nikwalane kyu bola! You stand strong on reply saying 'your cloth is not worth the price 'make them relize it's a sadak chaap kapda' Walk off saying that you can buy better cloth in mall with 0 rude ness from staff !
