Apollo Pharmacy has degraded it's brand by employing people who argue with their customers speaking harsh language like- Aap itni bakwaas kyu kar rahe ho, aap pareshaan kyu kar rahe ho. They also make fools of customers by telling them lies about where their deliveries are. I won't be wasting my time telling them how to make their brand better but would definitely try and tell people to not waste their time ordering from them. Last time ordering from Apollo. Better late than never. 🙏

Staff behaviour is very very good and billed timely every time I go to the shop

All Generic stuff. Nothing special. Simple regular medicines also not available. No delivery after 9 pm and also if small one or two items ordered. Doesn't keep stock refill as required. Better to order online.

Worst service Costly They thought you by saying no return or exchange policy

Very rude staff….. keeps you waiting even if you reach at store to buy medicine…. If someone orders online…. Then those riders come in between your order and start collecting order and apollo staff also says that this order is to be done etc….leaving you guessing…. I confronted them then they billed my order…. Stopped going to store now….
