They mostly don't have some of the basic medicines. I wanted a medicine once and needed it immediately, I showed them the prescription, they rendered it as expired and even though I tried convincing them that i still experience the problem and was experiencing it at that moment they still refused to provide the service they were supposed to and didn't give me a chance to explain. They are absolutely indifferent beings here, following procedures is one thing but not even trying to understand the patient's problem and turning a blind eye against is another.

Services are very bad , they don't care about the patient condition. Today I went to get some medicine at 10:55pm they refused to give and said please come tomorrow morning though 3 people are sitting inside. Even after requesting multiple time he didn't give the medicine.This is the second instance. Timings are till 11pm but they never give after 10:30 does not matter how critical the situation is. On the other side eilite medical shop almost closed the shop still he understands the emergency and give the medicine.

This specific Apollo outlet is pathetic, they don't have basic medicines like Cheston Cold Meftal Spas, the list of unavailable medicines is long but these are the most common ones. The attitude of the lady on counter is as if she is doing a favour by billing or providing medicines which is her job and the customer is being an inconvenience to her. Apart from this the billing process is so slow. I would never recommend anyone going there as there are better medical stores in the vicinity.

Very bad condition. Employees here dont want to work. They read the prescriptions incorrectly and they show they are not interested in giving the medicines. They dont listen to the customer at all.
