A perfect place to visit for dinner, snack and coffee
I have a office in wave silver tower, the location and everything is perfect but the AC doesn't work like it should. Earlier I used to think that it is a problem with our office but no it's universal, probably because of older units and all. Now this causes you to keep the AC at the lowest possible temperature and the electricity bills are high.
Nice building and office premises. Surroundings are quite favourable. Area is nearly accessible to local market. A good shopping hub. Nearest to the Great India Palace and DLF mall of India. Nice Corporate place.
The elevator was found not be reaching to 8th floor, rather it left me at 7th floor and I had to take stairs to reach the required office at 8th floor. Additionally, the building was not cleaned well however the building looks good from outside. Moreover, there are no car parking available underneath this building.
Location is good with ample parking space. This building is Equipped with office space, restaurents and other essentials store.
