Dont take substitutes medicine Generic delhi ki lullu pullu medicine dededy and they charge Mrp will be 150 but it cost them merely 20rs Rude staff and onwer

They billed me for a medicine for delivery on the 2nd day. When it was undelivered till 3rd day, pat came the reply Meds padi hui hain, apne kal fone nehi uthaya. Sending u in 30 mins after his guy comes back after lunch". I requested him plz send the guy and the fone from which the call was made which i didnt answer. Again when i called after 2 hrs for the delivery, ans was the guy is yet to return frm lunch and ur medicine was cancelled by supplier. Extremely unprofessional rude arrogant guy who uttered why will I hv responsibility for the meds and shouted at the top of the voice. Havent seen shopowners who doesnt deliver the meds/ inform the cm after taking advance payment and completely unapologetic to it. Absolutely pathetic.

Very good chemist Shop in the vicinity. They have most of the required medicines in stock. The space inside is little crampy but their staff manage it though. The billing and payment process is smooth. The owner is quite humble and courteous. They have a home delivery facility as well. This shop is in Elite Mart near Elite Homes residential society. Overall it's a good Chemist Shop.

Worst experience ever!!!!! The owner is very rude, how is he doing the business in the market i am surprised.

Improve your behavior towards customers. Your rating is low because your behavior is not good. Never buy medicine from this place; the man is very rude.
